Each was customized to the circumstances. I never got the sense that I received a "standard" quote and the inspections were always thorough and explained in depth. 2) They know their business. They know Codes and they know which codes are safety issues. 3) They show up on time, every time. 4) They keep you informed 5) They are flexible. When my large project required multiple changes at the 9th hour, they walked through everything with me and took time to understand the scope of work. 6) They made relevant recommendations and suggestions. They thought about things I had not considered, such as the simple need for an outlet in a bathroom that I had not noticed was missing or how one might naturally move through a house and where a switch for a fan vs. light may be helpful. 7) They alerted me to potential problems I might face with their work; e.g. plaster walls sometimes crumble when disturbed for electrical work. 8) They asked my preferences; minimal drywall damage vs. moving fixtures to ensure they align. 9) They accurately predicted the time to complete the work and finished on time. 10) They were careful to secure my home when they left each day 11) They cleaned up when the work was complete. "Rob and Alex were there when they promised they would be. They had a tough job with our house. It is a challenge to most all contractors. They worked diligently and got the job done, even though it took way longer than necessary. They were friendly, and kept me informed all of the way. They were even very flexible when my husband and they had a miscommunication about where to put the new outlet. They cleaned up after themselves. It didn't even look like anyone had been working in my house all day. Very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done."

"Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. "Matt and his crew were absolutely great work with.  Matt is very knowledgeable and offered several options rather than a complete window replacement.  That saved us some money and still improved the quality and value of the house.  Kevin and his son Zach did the actual work and you could tell they both knew their business and cared about the quality of the job they did.  They were on the job exactly when they said they'd be and completed the work a bit earlier than I was expecting.  It was a very good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone and definitely would use them again.

"Innovative Garages did an AMAZING job on my garage floor! This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. They were also less than half the price of another major company I was considering."
