"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "Glenn and Josh are great guys. We had an emergency with Sewer blockage and they were at our house within an hour on a Friday evening. They cleaned it and also pointed out that we had old cast iron pipes which had cracks. Subsequently, we engaged them to replace all our sewer lines. The work was done within 3 - 4 days and they kept us up to speed on every aspect. The work was excellent (and they showed pictures to prove it). We would hire them for any of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them!!"

Victoria's manager, Glenn, is very nice and patient. He provides guidance to Victoria's team to diagnose our sewer lines, provide recommendations and detail estimation options to us. We feel comfortable working with Glenn and Victoria during this job, and I have learned a lot regarding proper sewer lines and water lines connections. Victoria also took me into our crawl space and showed me the new sewer line at the last phase of the job. Victoria and her team are really professional and they've provided excellent customer service experience! For all the jobs they have completed, Victoria will provide photos and let us know what the current status of the job each day. Victoria is very considerate and she makes sure that we are able to use kitchen and bathroom at the end of the day (They will temporary connect the lines), and we really appreciate that! They also make sure the working areas are cleaned and covered up properly each day (if there is a wall opened) since there are rodents from our neighbors’ backyard. Mike Counsil Plumbing and Victoria’s team is knowledgeable with the city laws, proper line connections, and permit requirement. I was surprised to see a plumbing company that has their own work inspector (In this case, Dan B., was the one who came to my house for the final inspection. Thank you Dan!) to make sure all the works are according to code and it was done correctly. The works that were done at my house require city permits. Victoria makes sure we feel comfortable with the city inspection and she was present at the inspection. The company representatives such as Sabrina and Marissa are very friendly and easy to talk to. Comparing to other plumbing company, their price may not be the cheapest, but I can really see the quality in their work (compare to another plumbing company we hired years ago…). "Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total. I would definitely recommend Chandlers again if the need arises for any other plumbing concerns"

"My house is a bit older so I’m now having issues with my faucets, washing machine, and kitchen appliances. Kitchen: My kitchen faucet just gave up on me after 30 yrs and I had to replace it. Called Pipe System and Solutions and I bought the replacement and they were able to install. It was a bit tight underneath my sink and not a lot of room so it took a little bit of time. Nicely done and clean install. Unfortunately my garbage disposal died 2 weeks later and since they did an amazing job with my faucet I hired them to do my garbage disposal. It was quick and workmanship was great. Kids Bathroom: I didn’t realize I had a major leak on my shower head. The shower head was shooting water on my wall and basically ruined it. I bought the new shower head and they replaced it for me. They also redid the small sheet rock over the shower head. I definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable, cleans after themselves and reasonably priced."
