"Reed's was very prompt with their service and I am very pleased with the results. The trench at the deepest point was nearly 10 feet deep. When they filled the trench the result was very rocky and not smooth at all. The backhoe driver said to give it a couple of weeks to settle and then request they come back out to compact and smooth the area plus reinstall my clothesline pole that had to be removed to install the line. I requested yesterday afternoon for them to come out and finalize the job. They were here at 8:30 this morning. The site looks great, my clothesline pole is installed. In addition, Reed's hauled off a brush pile from my yard without my asking."

They would not give me clear coast estimate, and insisted that coast would be determined when they arrive on the site. All for an already installed sink and faucet, provided I have all supplies ready. <br /> I finally called the guys at Far better plumbing. <br /> Tommy was very professional and helpful. He spent 2 hrs and charged me for that, No travel fees, no service call. All flat labor plus material, and even better, I paid him with a credit card as soon as he handed me the invoice, rather than dealing with a mailed invoice full of surprising outrageous charges like Reeds plumbing <br />"

"Mr. Messina a licensed master plumber, first and foremost, a professional. The company I use as home warranty service sent him. It was for replacement of water heater that was showing signs abnormal pressure still under warranty. Safety was he first concern and after viewing photos of water heater definitely knew it wasn't normal... city utilities did shut the water heater/gas off . During the process of getting the replacement water heater Mr. Messina made sure to let me know steps along the way. All this being said, permits pulled , water heater arrived, was installed ,inspection set, once again a home with hot water. Certainly was blessed to have Mr. Messina as the plumber for the replacement water heater which now has an expansion tank. He knows his business, is honest , doesn't overcharge, he does things right ! Oh, he was fine with calling him Joe! Thank you, Mr. Joe Messina !"
