That company wanted to cause an extra cost by removing the one time use exhaust to the water heater and having Mr. Rooter come back to replace it again at cost. This part was completed by another company without affecting the exhaust at all and saving me about $1k."

He was very professional, courteous and quickly identified a faulty part. He was able to get it working before leaving but recommended a replacement. Fortunately so, because it stopped working again later that evening. Upon return to replace the part, he corrected a second problem causing intermittent issues with my upstairs unit. He left his business card and advised to contact him directly if I had anymore issues. He even pulled my trash can back around the house for me. Great service! Will definitely recommend!"
