"AJ came out to my house to do a quote to replace the sink drain stopper for our two bathrooms. The quote was so much less than the other two quotes I had obtained that I hired him to do the job on the spot. He did the job professionally and in a very short time. He was also very personable and very friendly. I will call Servant Plumbing and ask that AJ come and do the same job at a condo I own in Mt. Pleasant."

"Of the four companies to look at my tankless water heater installation, Bill was the only one to suggest an alternative location that would be less expensive to install and much more serviceable in the future. He thinks like a homeowner, not some corporate guy trying to gouge the customer. I have already had him look at a second project and he had a great alternative to offer."

"They evaluated my problem and replaced my water line the same day. They did a very good job."

"We hired MPH plumbing to renovate our bathrooms (2 vanities, new shower/bath, 3 toilets, 4 faucets). It took a little longer than expected due to some damaged flooring and another scheduled job, but we're very happy with the overall outcome! Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. I would hire him again, but I don't have any more bathrooms to fix up. I only wish he did kitchen renovations!"

"Preferred Home Services performed an excellent job. Easy to make arrangements; they showed up promptly and on time; work was done very professionally. The only issue was that their charge was at least twice I am used to paying for that type of service. No parts and technician required 2 hours to complete and the charge was $1,000. Very high for this location!"
