The technician, Chris did a great job and showed me everything that was going on and gave me pricing before starting anything. I thought the price was reasonable considering that he not only repaired the broken pipe but performed a heat taping to hopefully prevent cracking in winter again and also insulated the space where the pipe was. I will definitely use them again."

"I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. "Called the night before and told them I had turned my water off so it was not an emergancy, so he said he would call me the next morning it was around 11 am when he call and tech was out around 4 pm to look at problem.  He gave me an estiment and then said they would be out the next morning.  The next day once they got there the work was done in a timly manner.  They had to dig up the old pipe from the water main to and under the house.  My origanal out facuet was out of code needed to be after the water cutout valve in the house.  The hooked up a new one that meet code.  I wished they wolud have put the dirt on a tarp or even on the drive so the only are that was affected was were the ditch was dug.  I know in time the grass will grow through were the dirt was but it looks bad at this time.  Over all I was very satisfied withthe work that was done.  The next day I lost pressure in my shower so I called them and he said to check to see if I have pressure somewhere eles.  I ended taking my shower head of and let the water run then all was good.
