This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern."

He was looking for ways to save me money rather than ways for him to make money and recommending what he would do in his house.
