"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. "This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. "Fred was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem (my bathtub faucet was leaking). I thought it would be as simple a changing a washer or something like that. But apparently the pipes were old and needed updating and the faucet fixture needed to be replaced. He charged $600, which I thought was a bit expensive. But I don't know the going rate for that kind of work. He was done in less than 2 hours and left a huge mess of red dust behind (that took me hours to clean). But the job is done and I'm happy with it. I'd recommend him."
