"Excellent. Ron made time in his schedule to come over on less than 24 hours notice and checked everything out and replaced our old hot water heated very quickly. He called when he was finished and let us know he had left and locked up and that all was well. We will definitely use him again! (Cost of service was ~$1,000 and included the hot water heater and the service call)"
