"Steve came out to diagnose an outlet/breaker issue. Price to diagnose was really high. I was really shocked (pun intended) to find out the price to replace a fried GFI. However, Steve worked with me on the price, and I ended up getting a one year maintenance plan. Great customer service provided by Steve and the office staff, and the issue was solved quickly. I will have them out to do some more electrical projects around the house. I also plan on having the heating and air group out to service the furnace and air conditioner. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job.
