"I used them for years. Since we moved we have been using the provider closer to us. They put in several monitors after having termite problems. They were supposed to come monitor them. They just started only monitoring a few of the devices not all of them. They scheduled an appointment with us, and I took the time off to wait for them and they never came out. I called them, and they had anciently gone to our neighbor's house by mistake and inspected it and filled out a report for their house not ours. We rescheduled the appointment and did not show up then either. When I called the office, she did not have the appointment on her calendar. They were not the least bit apologetic. They were kind of rude about it. I thought it was terrible that the same guy didn't show up twice. They did ask if I wanted to reschedule but at that point I did not. As soon as our contract ends with them we will be changing to another company."

EXAMPLE: I requested a cleaning of my siding (along with my windows) and paid a deposit. On arrival, the professionals realized that their product was incompatible with my cedar siding. "Excellent responsiveness.  Having found termite hills in our basement for the first time we were extremely eager to get exterminators over to inspect and then treat.  They were able to visit the same day and schedule treatment for early the next week - compared to the other exterminator we spoke with which would have been a week to visit and then 2 more weeks to treat.  I do not like to think of an additional 3 weeks of termites destroying my house.  The guys were very professional, showed up on time, explained the problem and the treatment and took care of it for a reasonable price.  The service came with a warranty so if the bugs show back up Im assured that Modern will be back to try again.

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

He arranged a time so that I could be at home when he was at my house. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. "Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
