"I am new to tankless/gas water heater. I asked them to do an inspection of it (2 yrs in house) since it looked really old. I was right, it's old but working. When these guys tell you the life expectancy left in an appliance they are pretty spot on. It was in need of a service bad but since I've added soft water many of my appliances are dying. They checked out what they could and let me know its life was limited. I got a quote and can now shop around or save for the repair."

"Called for a water heater repair this morning and had a tech (Paul and his Apprentice) out by 11am. Ended up getting a total new water heater as ours was 10 years old. Did a great job explaining and felt comfortable that the job was needed. Overall good experience"

"I wanted a more efficient way to provide my homes hot water. I know regular water heats waste a lot of electricity because the tank water heater continuously heats the water in the tank all year long. And me & my family were tired of running out of hot water. We took many estimates and we decided to hire Ka-bam Plumbing because the price was fair and the owner of the company took it upon himself to come out and provide us with many different options from hybrid water heaters to tankless water heaters. And Mike really knows his stuff! Thanks Ka-Bam! We couldnâ t be happier."

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."

"Great service. They kept at it until they found our leak. Will use them again in the future."
