I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

Mr. Powell did an excellent job in explaining to me what he would be doing while inspecting why my water heater was not providing hot water. He inspected it and explained to me the steps he would be doing to find the problem. He cleaned it and replaced a part that was also a source of the problem.
