He’s moved back to Alabama for his wife’s work and has decided to be his own boss again and is now taking jobs exclusively from Home Advisor. I hired him to replace balusters on our 3 staircases but instead, he created works of art at a great price. He also built some awesome columns to make a statement when reaching the top of one of the staircases. He can literally do anything. The most responsive and responsible contractor I have ever used. He does all the work himself and brings his own shop vac, broom, and mop and constantly cleans up as he goes. I could not recommend him more highly! (The first two are the 'before' photos) previously, the back of our home (facing PikesPeak) was a small door and a small window on either side of a fireplace that did not work. Our old deck also required you to come out of the door, take three steps down, then take two steps onto the deck - NOT functional - in the least! Rob was able to open up the back of the home from the far edge of the former window to the former door's far edge. The fireplace was removed, and we had the double sliding door put in. It truly feels like we did an addition to our home! The new deck is beautiful, and you walk right out onto it! We chose to upgrade the railings to improve the views and the aesthetics of the deck. "Great. Done timely, efficiently, and expertly. Lowe's wanted over $500 to replace the broken attic ladder by installing a new one. But for $185 I-can-do-that went back home to custom rebuild the broken bottom part, and was back in an hour and a half with the key part, that was stronger than the original. The painted door was originally not done right, resulting it paint coming off when tape was removed. Now the door is more beautiful and durable that it ever was before. And 3 hours of pressure cleaning took off years of grime, giving the house a fine facelift. The service really does live up to the name of the business."
