He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. "Very early Saturday morning we were awoken by the sound of something in the wall behind our bed. I called at least 6 different animal removal companies, most who advertised 24/7 response. Never Nest was the only one that called me back the same day and they were able to come out by early afternoon. Two of their staff spent over an hour trying to locate where the animal (turned out to be a bird) was in the wall, and another hour trying to get it out safely, which they did. "Mike came out to my rental house when he was supposed to be there; right on time.  He told my painter that I did not need pest control services because the entire house was painted and that the roaches wold no longer be a problem.  I was a few minutes late and Mike explained that I don't need his services and that if it were his house, he wouldn't pay the $125 to hire him, I did not need it.  I thanked him for his honesty, but, I felt like I should hire him anyway, since I called him out to my house.  So, I told him I didn't doubt his professionalism, but, since I called him out to work, I thought it would be a good idea for my own peace of mind and just to ensure the problem was handled.  <br /> He did a thorough job of applying the control in the kitchen, paying special attention to cabinets, behind cabinets, stove, frig, etc.  He did a perimeter control on the interior, and guaranteed his work for 30 days.  It has been a week, and no signs of any roaches, living or dead.  It wasn't that bad of a problem, but, after 2 thorough applications of store bought product and still having some live roaches, I needed a solution.  Mike said my painter did the extermination job, but, why take chances?  Besides, Mike is a very friendly and honest guy and I appreciated his advice.  Thanks Mike.  Hope I don't have a need for your service, but, I have 5 houses, so when I do, I will call you. <br />"

"I thought I had squirrels in the wall,but when Ax came out he checked around the entire house and didn’t see any signs of squirrels coming in anywhere, however he did go in attic and stated it could be nice so he dropped poison packs and said I should stop hearing the sounds within a few days. He stated he will be back in a couple of weeks. They replied to my email and even though Josh said he couldn’t make it, he will see if he could get someone out, within a hour, Ax called me and came out and took care of the problem."

Its something they do to the ground, and hard for me to figure out immediately. Its hard to see if the grub control is successful. If you don't see many holes in the ground where stumps are. I don't know. Its a service they provide, and its based on price. They are competitive. They are the lowest bid of the three landscape companies we use. They are competitive. They evaluated our landscaping. When they come out personally and spend time, you know they are willing to do a good job in terms of customer service. Its whenever they can slide us in. They self direct their work. The willing to come out ahead of time. That is a high mark on their professionalism. They are willing to have a full discussion with their customer."
