"David was professional, we had good communication , he did a clean and good work in replacing our water heater. He had the best price quote."

"Chris was incredibly responsive. He actually came to the house on a Saturday to see the hot water heater. I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. Talk about integrity!!!!"

"Mr Bell will explain everything in detail. I'm very satisfied with the Replacement Furnace done quickly and efficiently area clean. By qualified staff."

"I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Excellent Plumbing was fantastic - he installed a new faucet, vanity, and water filter for me. Super punctual, really professional, very communicative, and paid close attention to detail. Everything's working great. What really stood out was Joe's dedication. He came back to check on the work and found an unrelated issue with my kitchen sink (which was already there). He gave me some great tips on how to fix it. I highly recommend Joe and Excellent Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing work. He's super skilled and has awesome customer service."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Jim was amazing... he got back to me right away ... He came and installed a new hot water heater the next day. Came in cheaper than a lot of local people and did a great job"

"I called Varsity on a Sunday night when I realized I had no hot water . It was the day we had the snow storm. The next morning Sean arrived to access the issue with my very old hot water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me my options. Within a short time Jake and Anthony joined and my new water heater was installed and working. No mess , no stress. They were amazing. Sean even shoveled the skirt of my driveway when the plows came and blocked me in as I was trying to get to work. This team went above and beyond to help any way they could. My utility room look clean and the work done right. I highly recommend Varsity. I feel comfortable knowing the technicians had the right training and were really nice guys to deal with. Thanks to Erica for taking my call so late and to Christine for getting the men out so quickly the next morning. They kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated that."

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."
