"Everything went very well. I submitted 3 project requests and Metro Pest Control was the first one to call immediately (and the only one to respond). Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. They assured me the squirrel did not make back in, but they went ahead put extra safeguard anyway. Highly recommended."

"Tim came to our home many times checking traps and removing rats. He was faithful to be there when he was needed and when he said he'd be there! Great Job! So we hired him for our regular pest control needs!"

"Vin came to my home the same day I contacted him to investigate the odor from a dead animal. Unfortunately, the location could not be easily determined or accessed, but Vin spent a couple hours at the house crawling through the attics and examining the exterior of the home and doing everything possible. I learned a ton from Vin about how to detect animal/pest activity. Vin even returned to the property later in the week. Vin was very thorough and is an expert in his field."

"Very quick and prompt response. As soon as the request was submitted, they reached out to me and resolved within an hour. The guy who came to remove the dead animal did an excellent job by removing tbe dirt and mud around. Very nicely done. Thank you for your service!!"

"Andy was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process throughly and answering all our questions. The pest control service was affordable and highly effective, offering excellent results for the price."

"I spoke with Daniel and Christian (father and son) about my rat problem. Not only did they provide a solution but they were honest. I had multiple companies come out and try to sell me tens of thousands in work. It was a breath of fresh air to know a there is a company out there that genuinely works on honesty and integrity. "I had the out to deal with a small animal burrow under my pier and beam house. The plan had been to add a one way gate/door to the burrow opening to force the critters out. When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it. All this and he only charged the diagnostic visit fee. The tech was polite and helpful."
