Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. "Midtown was quick to respond to a request for an appointment. The salesperson they sent out was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. Price is a little hard to swallow but we love the product and how it looks along with the efficiency. Would have been nice to have one final cleaning of the windows on the outside after the install to get rid of caulk/suction marks."

When you realize that everything had to be pulled off before the new could go on, that seemed really fast for us. They were also able to schedule some bathroom updates, sinks/countertops & a shower stall with seat, to start and finish the same week. Great coordination and quality work."
