"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the process in laymen terms so I could understand. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable timeframe. The workers showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Ran into a hiccup during the initial project which meant they had to come back and were able to fit me in the schedule within a week. Weather was on our side thank goodness. The office answered all my questions and Paul was available through out the process as well. I would recommend them for any basement needs. I did get other estimates and they were in the same range as others. Much better communication not only in the process but returning calls and following up. I had a foundation inspector come in first so I knew exactly what was wrong and needed along with a general guideline on possible cost. I needed drain tiles installed the perimeter of the basement, a sump pump added, 3 post brackets on the west side and 9 to 10 n the east side. The hiccup was my East wall was caving in more than we originally thought which meant we needed to excavate on the East wall. They showed me and explained everything. I appreciated being informed and given an option whether I wanted to do it since it was not in the original contract. I did not feel pressured at all. I wanted it to be done right and not run into any issues down the line so moved forward with the extension on the contract. I know others whom have had similar work done on there basement. Not only were they impressed with the cost but also with the finished job. Very professional work crew as well. I was home during the entire process. They truly impressed me. Nenan came to finish up little odds and ends that needed to be done and did an amazing job as well. Truly impressed with all the employees and the work completed."

"Antone was very responsive to all my questions as I had a lot to learn. Other neighbors had used this same company and were pleased with their results. Two guys were in the house for 5 hours. "Paul from Accurate came out and gave me a very fair assessment. I had been trying for 7 years to get this matter fixed and nothing worked. Right away he saw the problem and suggested I install a new sump pump just for this addition since that part is higher than the rest of the basement and could not be hooked into existing sump pump. Price was very fair given what they needed to do. They explained everything, did a great clean up job and were on time. Pro- since I had this done in January there was a price break. Con- I have to wait till spring to make sure this took care of the problem. However given that fact that the addition basement floor was originally never drained properly to begin with I feel confident the work Accurate did has taken care of the problem. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone."
