"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. "Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
