To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. "Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

"Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."
