"Sam did an excellent job replacing three different faucets and drain stops. He had also replaced an irrigation line shut off valve before which works great. Highly recommend."

"My water main burst and needed to be replaced. Landon came promptly to assess and bid the project. He explained everything that would be required and was reachable when I had follow up questions. Scheduling was quick and the work went smoothly. Landon supervised the trenchless work in the yard and Lane replaced the interior shut off and pressure regulating valve, which required jackhammering a hole in my concrete slab foundation. Everything was patched good as new and no construction mess was left behind. I especially like having an easy shut off at the meter. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation much easier!"

"During inspection of work to be done, he noticed 7 under sink and toilet water valves had plastic parts and needed to be replaced to bring up to code or he could not continue. I assumed this was going to increase the work load by a day or two, (a huge mistake on my part). I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said he would provide it later. He left to go get the parts and ss sink. He was back within the hour and started work. He took a 1/2 hour break to get lunch around noon. I asked how many hours this would take and when would he come tomorrow. He stated he would be done later today. He was done by 2 PM and I was flabbergasted and felt betrayed. Figure it out, 5 hours work, approximately $400 dollars in parts and $2,000 in labor, and I still don't have my cost breakdown. But, they have already charged my credit card. Very disappointed in them and in my own actions to have them continue work without getting reassurances and cost breakdowns."

Customers say: Quick response
"They listened on the phone and repeated my explanation back to me perfectly the first time. That was nice. A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."

"There aren't enough superlatives to properly rate this company. My wife and I are Realtors. So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."

"I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

"The main water line from my well to my house was leaking badly and I was fearing a complete break, which would mean NO water! David responded quickly established a repair plan that also included replacing the two other water lines that ran off the main line. He and his crew were able to complete the job on time and UNDER the quoted price. Five stars from start to finish!"
