I was able to get a quote, schedule the service and have the service performed all within the same week...all during the busiest season of the year. All of the technicians were very professional, and seemed to know their trade well. Being new to owning a wood burning fireplace I had plenty of questions, and they answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.

"There team did an amazing job, moving the dryer out, replacing tubes as needed, and going into attic, and outside to clean the vents, as well as thoroughly cleaning the inside of the dryer. Moved everything back perfectly, and left the place spotless. Dryer functioned 100x better."

They laid down a tarp to catch all the debris. They were done by 3;30 in the afternoon. The foreman called me when they were done and came over to do a walk through with me.
