"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"Work completed with in agreed time frame with minimal disruption to living in remainder of home. Only difficulty was not having a functional kitchen sink for the Thanksgiving holiday but everything went well with guests and dinner because contractors got range and refrigerator back in place to for the event. From our designer Brian Magrath who listened to us and helped us stay within our budget, to Myra Olson and Vina Ortega who coordinated the project and kept us informed, to Matt White who was our construction manager and would stop in multiple times to check on the progress and do quality control. Our project included the pool, turf, extending the patio to the full length of the house and granite stone. Communication is KEY for us; they always promptly returned calls/texts and answered any and all questions that we had with patience. From breaking ground to our pool orientation was less than 3 months! I will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of putting a pool in, and if needed, will definitely use them again!!!"

"When we called, an appointment was made for Jon Riep to come review our project. He came on time (it was a few days after the initial call) and reviewed the project with us and took some measurements. In a few days we received a cost quote for the work, and then we signed an official agreement for the project.  <br /> Jon contacted us right away about scheduling, and we were pleased that even in this very busy time of the year for landscapers and even though the Christmas holidays intervened they were able to start in a couple of weeks. <br /> The team showed up promptly on the appointed day and got right to work. Everything was done in a week -- there was a day of rain that caused some delay. We were very impressed that even small details such as taking care of a damaged post in one of the low-voltage lights that wasn't being replaced were remembered and dealt with. We did not have to remind about anything except a minor thing with the irrigation system. <br /> Overall, it was a very positive experience. Think Green people up and down the line were pleasant and professional. This is by far the best experience we've had with landscaping companies. "Overall the experience was great! Rob Plowright (co-owner) was the point of contact throughout the entire project. Rob was prepared from the start. At our first meeting he did his homework, came not only with ideas but with knowledge about our property. He was very upfront about how he approached a project. He has a dedicated crew and when he starts the project the crew is on site for the duration so it gets done in a timely matter. Rob checked in daily and was easy to get a hold of. Rob takes the upfront time (lead time) to design, discuss and put down to scale the project, materials and cost. Our project was big enough and he even broke it down into sections so we were able to make an informed decision about the cost and the work. Our original idea included several walls, a very nice BBQ area with a formal fireplace, some pavers, rock landscape and a side area for trailer/RV. When we got the quote, Rob had broken it down into sections so we could decide if we wanted to move forward with each part of the project based on our budget. Rob was professional and down to earth. He would listen and discuss any options we brought up and gave us honest input. He did not over promise and delivered. Bottom line, we have done several renovations, both interior and exterior on 3 different houses. This by far was above all the best planned and executed experience...not blowing smoke up here...BTW, we have never had a project go perfect, nor should you ever have an expectation that nothing will go wrong, no matter how minor. The true test is, if something doesn't go right or it did not quite turn out as expected, how well does it get corrected...Rob and his crew get flying colors! We did not have any major setbacks due to at the detailed planning by Rob. Were there hiccups? Yes, but they recovered and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely would hire him again!! Rob knows what he is doing, his crew is skilled and the outcome is exactly what we wanted!"

"Gordon was our contact.  He educated us about local plants (we're new to the area) by actually walking through a nursery with us, consulted with us about just how we wanted to landscape the back and front yards.
