Impressed with service. They sent email with technician s info, picture and 2 hour window. Day of, they txted and emailed he was on the way. Josh the technician was personable and knowledgeable. Wasn t able to fix it right away since we needed a part. He gave options for new dryer vs repair cost. We opted for new dryer since ours was 10 yrs old.
