Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. David was very meticulous making sure every detail was done correctly. He would always stop to answer any concerns we had during the installation. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected, however Sun Boss and David Shelby did not hesitate to come back and make it right. We measure a good company not only by a quality product, but also by how well they respond to issues or concerns. Sun Boss definitely provided both with excellent customer service. We are really enjoying our patio now. And, with the positive experience we had, can highly recommend Sun Boss."
