The installation team was easy to work with and when an ductwork issue was discovered it was addressed at no additional cost. Work included installation of a new heat pump, new air handler and sealing of ductwork. All debris was hauled away, the worksite was left spotless and the cleanliness of our home respected. Four competitive bids were much higher, or were on products that were of lessor quality, or were from companies with terrible service after-installation ratings. System is running perfectly.
