"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well.
