"We hired this company to level an almost 60-year-old concrete patio slab. The company was very responsive and did an excellent job leveling the large patio. When they asked what we were going to do as far as a decorative layer on top, we were all ears for suggestions. We wanted to do something interesting but hadn't really thought it through. Mike helped us envision a thin-layer decorative over-coating and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate. We picked a date to start the project, but weather considerations quickly got in the way, as it was late Fall. It became a little bit challenging to work with the company to finally schedule the work the following spring, but when a date was set, and the weather cooperated, the crew eventually came out and did a fantastic job with the decorative coating. They were very flexible regarding our vision for the project, and worked with us at each step of the project to make sure we were involved in all of the artistic decisions, and as a result, the patio looks even better than we could have imagined. We spend every possible moment enjoying our new patio now. We felt very comfortable working with Stabil at every step of the process. We look forward to working with them again in the near future on a second patio space that we would like to refinish, and would recommend them to anyone looking to level their concrete, and/or update the look of their hard-scapes. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Foundation repair completed with no clean up on my part. I watched as Jamie Castillo and Osman Ochoa cleaned the concrete wall of 53 years of paint and stucco wall design. First closing off all avenues of dust escape, then grinding and chipping 11 paths 12 inches wide and then applying straps to the still and through to the concrete floor. That wall isn't going anywhere. all cracks filled with concrete epoxies. The consulting engineer and then an inspector arrived noted the great quality of work provided by Jamie and Osman. Before I signed anything off I walked through and swiped around for dust particles. No concrete dust nor debris on any of the furniture nor bookcases sitting just 10 feet away from where they were working. The floor that I saw which had about 100 lbs of stucco, concrete paint and debris earlier, looked like it had just been washed. Impressive on time show, impressive to watch those two professionals Jamie and Osman to work together, impressive clean up. I'd hire these guys again. While I was at first shocked at the pricing, seeing what these guys did I can understand the cost."

"I'd like to begin by saying if anyone reading <br /> this review has basement water issues, you can't do better than M.Taylor <br /> Enterprise LLC for price, job quality, and timeliness of your project's <br /> completion. <br /> I began my remodeling plans with one job in <br /> mind. My basement bathroom was the last room in the house that needed <br /> remodeling. Before seeking bids I'd decided I'd better test for mold as I'd had <br /> water issues for many years in my downstairs basement bathroom from my home's <br /> foundation settling. <br /> In addition to that, the concrete that was <br /> laid across the front of my house to stop water from getting in, was now <br /> failing after perhaps 20 years, and water was now getting in as a result of the <br /> foundation settling in the front. <br /> The mold test came back positive both in the <br /> bathroom and in my living room as a result of the new problem at the front of <br /> my house. My one job now turned into 4 as I couldn't remodel my bathroom before <br /> doing a mold remediation. And I couldn't do the mold remediation until I <br /> finished the waterproofing of the basement. <br /> All the basement waterproofing companies that <br /> came out said I'd need to rip out my kitchen counter, drywall, sink and <br /> cabinets as their waterproofing solution called for ripping out all these <br /> things. They <br /> did some extras such as connecting my downspout in the back that was not <br /> operational. They also disconnected another downspout and reconnected it to <br /> make it shorter as it was far too long, and would eventually develop blockages <br /> and further potential problems. <br /> M. "Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. "Bright Masonry did an EXCEPTIONAL job on our retaining wall, steps and walkway. We had old concrete steps and a walk that was improperly graded. Bright really transformed the front / curb appeal of our home. The retaining wall (about 3’ high) run down the entire 50’or 60’ of sidewalk in front of the house. It’s cinders with stone face and bluestone cap. Beautiful. It will be there for 75 years. The blew out the concrete steps and sidewalk, repoured everything on the right grade and put stone faces on the risers and bluestone treads. New iron railing as well. They refaced a concrete patio with stone and brought the stone all the way into the entryway. Lights on the steps were extra but pretty affordable considering everything else and definitely worth it. They are on a timer. I’ve recvd a TON of compliments from the neighbors. They also removed old railroad tie retaining wall around the driveway and replaced building in new steps. First class job. Can’t say enough about Rui and his team. We paid a lot for the work, but I’m very confident we’ll get it back. And in the meantime, I smile every time I walk out the front door.
