"The claim was for a roof leak.   <br /> The provider arrived as scheduled and observed the water damage in the garage and looked at the roof from the driveway.  The provider, stated that because the leak did not appear to be caused by a "structural" issue, KB would not approve any warranty work.  The information proved to be accurate as the roof itself was no longer under warranty by KB Home.   <br /> The Remedics representative provided additional information based on other work she had seen.  Assessment was that the roof vent was the source of the leak (along with excessive rain during the year) and that I could likely seal it myself.   <br /> This information proved to be inaccurate which gives me serious concern about using this provider for any work in the future.  As it turned out, my roof had a leak that was not related to what the Remedics representative had suggested.  Had I not called a roofer to have this inspected and repaired I would have suffered further water damage. <br />"

"The job went very well, from the mitigation of water damage to representing our interests to the insurance company to assure that the resulting flooring was attractive with no sign of the damage to the original flooring. Their supervisors and floor crews knew what they were doing and completed each step of the work professionally. The several crews showed up on time, were courteous and informative, took the time to inform us of any issues, what they would do about them, and to inform us of any maintenance that we would need to do to keep the new flooring in good shape. <br /> We were impressed with the process and result.
