"Mr Blue was very quick to respond to my request. He provided a solid quote to me after I sent him a picture of the water heater info. The replacement was scheduled within two days. My tenant wasn t available the next day. It was late in the evening on the initial date of contact. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He did the install and cleaned up the work area. He assured my tenant he would have hot water in the tank within a certain time and sure enough my tenant said the water was working properly with no issue. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
