"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.
Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of).
He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do.
I highly recommend Colonial Pest Control.

"Figuring as it was a weekend, I wouldn't be able to get anybody until Monday, I filled out an online form for Radford Pest Control, and Eric actually called me back within 20 minutes or so (on a Sunday!) to talk to me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately recommended I stick with the condo association's pest control company given the situatin and because it would save me money if they had to make multiple trips to spray the nest. So we did, and happy to say the wasps are gone now. We didn't end up using Eric's service, but I was very impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge, so will definitely use if we have indoor pests again.

"I was pleasantly surprised with the speed that they responded and got the job done. They seemed very knowledgeable and willing to explain what was needed and why. Although it was alot more money than we originally thought, it seemed that they made an effort to keep the cost down as much as possible. The response was so quick that some "signals" were missed and the pest control guy showed up even though we agreed to the termite treatment in lieu of that."

"The owner and his wife handled my termite problem personally and did so within 4 days of first contact. Great job."

"They sprayed the perimeter for bugs and spiders, total pest control and extermination. The Head Administration was fantastic and their prices were great. The people who came out to do the job were cordial, respectful, and very knowledgeable."

"Thomas was very polite and did the job at a very reasonable cost as compared to other pest control companies. They got the job done and there were no complications. I would highly recommend using A-Affordable Pest Control whether you are having a VA loan inspection or otherwise."

"I was very pleased with the humane removal of birds and nest in my gutter/fascia. Steve was extremely nice and informative. The charge for the removal was fair and competitive. I would highly recommend Geese Police and call them again if needed for other services. Dedham, Massachusetts"
