"went very well. Water heater spewed brown water for a week but that's the water heater's problem or my pipes, I guess, not the installers."

"I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"Diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with our boiler and water heater on an emergency call basis. Nicholas was professional, friendly and tireless in solving our issue. He is a great ambassador and asset to his company. Highly recommended."

"I asked for quotes on a small job from five different companies and Randy's was the only one to call me back. We just needed a little work done to update a couple of lines and get them up to code and functional again. The techs also took the time to explain to me what current code is in the industry, which was most welcome. They also noted I had a surge supresor on one panel, but not a sub panel, so we added that in. As an IT guy with a lot of electronics around the house, keeping the numerous devices safe from a power surge is important to me. What the other installers fail to realize is a small job today may lead to bigger jobs down the line. My wife and I plan to rebuild our garage in the next year or two and install a level II charger for an electric vehicle as well as bring the house up to code as we finish remodeling it. The companies that didn't call me back won't even be asked to bid and the work will instead go to Randy's Electric."

"Tony was great! Our hot water heater went out yesterday (4/20/15) and we did not realize it was out until 10 pm that night. The next morning (5:30 am) I submitted a request for service and Tony was able to come out by 7:15 am. Within 5 minutes Tony had the hot water heater running again. Along with the service Tony provided advice on how to prevent our issues again. Thanks Tony!"

"Neil is a great guy to work with. Very professional and considerate of our needs. He installed our water heater and our softener. Good prices, too! Thank you, Neil, for promptly answering our calls and arriving on time!"

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."

"Here is the revised version: Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the repair was completed with care and attention to detail. I appreciate a company that shows up on time, explains the work clearly, and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs to anyone needing plumbing service or repairs."

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

"I purchased the Angie's List $99 faucet install deal.  Vincent replied to the email within 24 hours.  I set up the appointment for less than a week later.  He ran a little late on a previous appointment and got caught in traffic, but the job was completed by the end of the business day.  The new faucet works great.  Vincent installed as described and did a good job.  I would use him again.  Thanks!
