"I had set up estimate appointment for 1100 am today. I texted the company at 0915 (on same message thread we had been conversing on and where I sent photos too) this am to cancel 11 am appointment. They failed to let their fencing guy, Christian Ayrer know. So , he thought it was appropriate to blast me for wasting his time when he texted me he was on his way.
