"This is quite simple: if you need a water heater replaced in Marin or Sonoma counties, us Frank's Water Heater Company. Frank's is a guy named Trevor. It's just him and his helper. They focus on water heaters, toilets and sink disposals. There is no fancy trucks or 800 number, it's just a hard working guy answering the phone himself and providing a great a service. I received quotes from two of the larger companies in the area for a rental property I own in San Rafael, they both charged to come out and quote, Trevor didn't. Their price for the exact same service and water heater model was at LEAST $1,000 more than Trevor's quote. His work was first rate. He was responsive, and he's a nice guy. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit.
