"My tankless water heater went out on a Friday night, and the Water Heater Boys were able to replace it on Saturday the next day! Excellent customer service and professionalism. Will definitely call if in this situation again, and will tell my friends!"

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Excellent service. Professional technicians with positive attitudes. Would hire again for future water heater problems."

"We are very pleased to have found Steve and his cute pup Sam. Steve was very knowledgeable and had a very nice, trustworthy demeanor. He went over our options to either repair or replace our water heater. Clearly stating the pros and cons of both choices. We chose to replace our water heater, and he had the job finished in 1.5 hours ! I would definitely hire him again."

"Amazing service and work! Helped us next day drain and refill our water heater for our annual service at a reasonable price. Will hire again!"

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Same day leaky water heater replacement on a Saturday"

"Sarfraz was the first to respond to my request. He gave me a quote for what I was requesting, and we were able to schedule an appointment the following day. He was very friendly and also gave me helpful advice on maintaining my water heater, as well as which signs to look out for in the future, in order to prevent any problems or issues. I will definitely keep Durrani in my contacts for future business."

"Was able to check parts inside that valves needed replacement and went to buy supplies , and quickly replaced them. He was explaining every step of the process."

"The tech came out and did a thorough review of the problems with the water heater. Very thorough. It's a heat pump water heater. They decided not to bid. I'd call him again in a minute for something else."
