This was not required, but Pann wanted to make sure that there was no communication errors. The panel upgrade required that we have our power shut off for a day and a half. This required coordination and teamwork with his assistant, the city and the utility company. His project management skills are excellent. The job went like clockwork. We passed our inspection with flying colors. Pann went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our electrical system met and exceeded the stringent building codes He pointed out some serious safety issues with the old wiring and fixed them with new wires, switches, and conduits.
