We reached out at 10 AM, they were over at 1 PM to do an assessment of the situation and estimate and completed the job by 10 AM the next morning. "called, they answered and even though they were coming from Plymouth, they agreed to come and take care of an emergency I had. My hot water heater was flooding the basement. They came, assessed the situation, had all the parts they needed. Went and got me a replacement water heater and installed it. They cleaned up the water and were very polite and thorough. I will call them again if I need a plumber. Actually, I showed them some other work I needed to have done and asked when they would be available. I emailed a friend and told him I highly recommented Mr. Fleming."
