He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. In addition Shawn was very flexible when I asked for job alterations, additional work projects etc. Overall it was a very positive experience working with Caboose Crew Construction."

"As a DYI, I am reluctant to hire contractors however the scope of my home project was well beyond a one man show. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."

"Dan and his crew did a wonderful job. We purchased our home last year knowing that the deck was in need of help. The support system was not done correctly and was causing the deck to sag and deteriorate. Dan came in and installed all new concrete supports under the deck, with new 6x6 posts and headers to increase the support. This also leveled everything out, no more wavy deck! He and his guys were all very nice, polite, always happy to answer any question we had and kept the area in good shape. We had a picnic with about 50 people shortly after the work was done. Deck was solid as a rock, even with all the tables, chairs, grills, coolers and people on it for 8+ hours."

"We were referred to Jim by a friend who had work done by him on a few occasions. We were told he responded to calls promptly, and was professional while doing quality work. What we were told is exactly what we found to be true. Jim came to give us an estimate the day after we contacted him. While moving into our new home we discovered severe mold and deterioration to a wall underneath a window. We were ready to remove wallpaper and repaint a room and surprise. This was all underneath the wallpaper we took out of the room. It had to be addressed and properly before we could proceed as my husband and I have severe allergy issues. Jim was there the next day with an estimate and within a weeks time had the job started. He finished in two days with high quality work and professionalism. Like his motto says, he treats customers' homes like his own. He did just that. He cleaned up after himself, was conscious about bringing dirt into our home even though our new carpeting hadn't been installed yet. We were able to proceed with painting with only two days delay. "G Contracting did a total kitchen renovation for us, and we are completely thrilled with the outcome! Our designer, Lindsey, was great to work with. She was adept at taking our ideas and translating them into the perfect design. Our kitchen is small, so it was important to maximize storage and give a feeling of openness in tight quarters. We were very pleased with the communication at every step of the way with G Contracting. Once we signed on the dotted line, Sasha, our project coordinator, kept us up to date with what would be happening each day, and who would be coming to the house. Being able to call or text Sasha with any questions and getting a quick response made everything go very smoothly. After the demo of the old kitchen, the first task was drywall repairs and ceiling resurfacing on both the kitchen and dining room. We had an old textured ceiling that had water damage-it is absolutely perfect now! They actually came out on a Saturday due to an unforeseen issue earlier in the week that would have thrown off the timeline. Herman and Kirk did much of the installation of our new kitchen, and we really appreciated their attention to detail in every aspect of the renovation. Things were cleaned up at the end of every day. They communicated well with us and made sure everything was done right. G Contracting stuck to the timeline and to the budget, and they made good on all their promises.
