"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. We did have a few finishing items we weren't initially satisfied with, but I'm only saying this because they made it very clear that they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied, and to tell us of any concerns. Dan really went above and beyond here, and he and the crew addressed each of our concerns. It really was a pleasure having the Contek team work on our home, and now we have a living room we can't wait to show off."

I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly.
