"I am a property manager and have hired Home Town Pest Control to take care of many homes to keep them bug free. Hands down they are the best and most caring pest company out there. I have worked with different pest companies over the years. This company and the results you will get and dramatic as compared to the previous companies we have used. The caring personalities of their staff and technician is so appreciated. The tech gets to know the families of all our tenants and when to change their applications or how they treat. For example, my daughter was pregnant, so the tech changed what he used. We started container gardening in our patio so he changed the process to make triple sure he would not have chemicals near our growing vegetables. "I must tell you that before I found Accel Pest & Termite Control, I hired Home paramount pest control. I started out with a minor ant problem around my kitchen sink area, I called Home Paramount exterminating, and signed a contract with them. I stayed with them for six months...Home paramount came back and forth, treating my home for ants for six months...the ants traveled from the kitchen sink to the food pantry, then to the electric oven, then the dining room, and then upstairs to the bedrooms!!! it was horrible and embarrassing when people came to visit. So, I cancelled my contract with Home Paramount. Then I decided to check Angie's List and found a coupon for Accel Pest and Termite Control; Oh my goodness, my one and only regret is that I did not video tape what happened next: Dan came to my home, on time, and was so thorough and professional. He was so knowledgeable about ants and their habits; he knew exactly which of his products he needed to use to rid my home of the type of ants I had. He treated the sink area first, then he opened the door of the food pantry and and put little dabs of what looked like paste on the bottom shelf of the cabinet, We could see ants scurrying around in there. Dan said, "The bait I'm using is going to attract the ants, and that's exactly what we want, we want the ants to be attracted to the bait so they will eat it and take it back to their nest and share it, so the whole nest will be destroyed". By the time he treated the upstairs and came back down and checked the pantry, it was sickening, I have never seen so many ants in all my life! Dan said "No Matter how bad you want to spray those ants, DO NOT SPRAY THEM. We want them to continue to eat every bit of that bait, carry it back to their nest, and share it. In a couple of days, you will not see any more ants." Wow! that's exactly what happened: in two or three days I did not see any more live ants. I did see several dead ones though, Dan also sprayed around the perimeter of my home. I highly recommend Accel Pest and Termite Control. You do not have to live with any type of pest in your home, NOR do you have to live with a company that wants you to pay them to come back every thirty days to spray, while your pest problems get worse and worse!! "I had an estimate done just before Thanksgiving. They explained how they would do the work and gave me a range for what it would cost. The actual work was scheduled for the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. The specialist arrived exactly on time (his timeliness continued throughout the 5 days of work) and I showed him around. From outside, he quickly spotted the squirrel's entry hole (which I was never able to see ;-) The entry point was in the soffit, so there was nowhere to set a trap. He explained that he would have to block the entry and continue coming back, and re-blocking the entry, until the squirrels gave up and moved on. He estimated another 3 days. The second and third day, the squirrels chewed through the initial blocking material, and the next day pulled out the screws when he used a stronger wire mesh. The pest specialist said that at this point, it's too easy for the squirrels to eat through the plastic soffit. He asked about the attics in our townhomes. When I told him there were different interior designs, we spoke with one neighbor who had attic access near the soffit. He set traps in that neighbor's soffit area, and then in the attic of a third neighbor who has an unfinished attic. The next day, both squirrels were trapped. I haven't heard any squirrels in the weeks since. I'm very pleased with the positive results in such an out-of-the-ordinary set of circumstances. The specialist was always on time and did a great job explaining his approach and the rationale behind it. He worked with me to figure out how to get the squirrels out permanently. Even with the extra day of work, the cost was within the initial estimate."

"They come three times a year for bugs, unless I call them like this year there were some wasps around some trees this year and I called them for that.  I pay an annual fee of about $380 for keeping the bugs away.  I spend $150 a year for termite inspection.  They have always been dependable and they come in and get the job done.  They set up an appointment, they are here when they say they are going to be here and don’t leave a mess or anything for me.  The quality of their work is good.  They are usually here when they say so, but every once in a while they could get delayed by an hour.  I will use them again; I have a contract with them."

"Amazing. Every employee who has visited is professional, timely, friendly, very knowledgeable about the types of pests and not afraid to get in that crawl space to prevent, clean, and inspect. The operations supervisor called me to discuss the sanitizer they would use after rat removal and proofing. He had already contacted the manufacturer of the product when all I wanted was the name so I could check it out (kids and dog). He provided so much info I never even bothered looking it up myself AND he called me after the service to see how it went and how we were doing!! I cannot provide a higher review.
