"David and Ilyas are super friendly owners of this company! They helped me a lot! They helped me with water heater repair with less than one hour. Great company, highly recommended! Thank you!"

"Scheduling was easy and they were on time for our appointment. Price for replacing our water heater was as quoted and very reasonable compared to other local plumbing services that quoted the same job. The water heater is a name brand with a warranty. All in all, Miley Plumbing was respectful of our time, our home, and provided quality service at a reasonable price. Plus, they are just good honest people."

"I have been a satisfied customer of Moncrief for 20+ years and have an annual service contract.
I called Moncrief to check on a zoned unit that was not blowing cool air.  When the tech arrived, he checked all of my units and found that not one, but two units were iced up.  The units had to be turned off so the ice could thaw before they could be checked.  The tech told me there was nothing he could do until the next day.
Moncrief arrived the next day to service the two units that were not cooling.  Found units leaking freon, charged them both for about $230. What a relief!  Now I have time to decide about replacement or to see if the units make it through the summer.  Absolutely no pressure to immediately change out equipment, etc.  I asked about SEER ratings and was given some excellent advice as to what was needed for my particular home.  I'm hoping Moncrief's equipment prices will be in line with other suppliers when the time comes to upgrade my equipment. Well done and highly recommended!"

"Outstanding company of real professionals. Work performed: 1. All power receptacles and switches were upgraded (new parts replaced old, wornout parts). 2. Assembled and install two (2) new customer supplied ceiling fans . 3. Provided and installed new 15A convenience 0utlet. 4. Provided and installed single pole 15A/20A arc fault breaker I have an eye for detail. Minor discrepancies leap out to me as well as minor work done well. Perhaps, twenty-two years in the military created this effect upon me. Sometimes it's a blessing and sometimes a curse as I find myself unable to accept minor, shoddy work. Example: All of the screws to the new face plates for receptacles and switches were oriented with the screwdriver slots in the vertical position. This was not done by chance by the team's three electricians but by their attention to detail and uniformity. If the small things are done perfectly, I feel it is safe to assume that all of the larger work is too. I have four more electrical projects to be accomplished and TE Certified Electricians will be my "go-to" company for these activities. I highly recommend TE Certified Electricians for your electrical projects."

"It was time to replace our leaking water heater and Rooter Pro Xpress came to the rescue. The team was prepared with options for replacements, once we made a selection our water heater was installed same day. The installation was fantastic and went smoothly. Very good company to work with."
