Baldeep did his best to make our inconvenience as little as possible. He and his crew did as much preparation as possible and only had to turn off our water for about 3 hours during the whole process. "Neil Marky is the owner of this company and starting with the estimate to the completion of the project he and his staff, Tyler, did an excellent job. Neil went above and beyond the service provided by installing larger piping, since my husband does some woodworking in the garage, because he wanted to make sure everything was safer. It takes a lot of piping to do this job and he made it look very neat and even hung brackets up so that we can use them for storing other things, if we want. He put insulation coverings over the pipes on the water heater to further increase efficiency. Neil even got all the permits for the job to be completed. He arranged for an electrician to come over and talked with the inspector after the installation. He and Tyler placed a lot of the piping in the attic to be vented outside of the house. The price he quoted me was accurate with a few changes since I wanted some additional piping and a new thermostat installed.

"Arrived early, got right to work, found problem, looked for a cost effective way to fix leak in old copper pipe in wall, behind dishwasher and extending downstairs, water was coming thru ceiling downstairs. It was possible that maybe part of granite counter & some cabinets would need removal to do repairs. That would have been awful. Instead they found another method which worked. Jordan and Dustin are really speedy and do great work. Also their really nice and pleasant to have in your home. Plus I don't think their costs are out of line for the quality of work they deliver."
