He also let us know his upcoming schedule. He and the men he worked with arrived promptly, sometimes early, and completed the work in a few days, even sooner than expected. They were friendly and professional. Paul was always available by phone if we had questions (e.g., how to turn the boiler on, change the water temp, etc.). The only problem we had was getting a receipt from Ideal Temp after the installation. We eventually got it but the delay (a few weeks) was a little stressful/frustrating. Months later, we have had no problems with the boiler or pipes that Ideal Temp installed and hooked up for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone installing a boiler or water heater and will probably get back in touch for future plumbing work."
