My issue is the price. The plumber who did the work quoted me $375 for what was really only a < 1 hour job (a minor toilet repair). That is outrageous, in my opinion, even given that it was a same-day, short notice visit. Other plumbers I have used would have done the same job for less than half the money. These are licensed, insured pros. Other than the extremely high cost, I have no issue with the work. It was quality work, but was done at a very, very high price. I won't be using Rooter again."
