"Aaron Lenker add Corbin Gillichbauer of Groundworks leveled concrete walks around my corner lot in Montoursville Pa. They arrived around noon time and were finished about 5 1/2 hours later. They did their work very professionally. They did an excellent job. I would rate their work 5 of 5 stars."

"Marcos and his crew redid my back patio by pitching it away from the house so water would drain . He also added on to the patio using both my pavers and additional ones . He used Belgian blocks as an edge. Most importantly, he fit pieces perfectly around areas which could not use a whole paver. Magnificent job all around."

"Bright Construction replaced our old deck and railing with composite decking and aluminum railing. Fernando and his crew did an amazing job and they were a pleasure to work with during our project. Fernando was very responsive to our questions and made sure we were happy with the end result. I will definitely hire Bright Construction for additional projects on our home!"

"I hired Stonegate to totally redo a bad stucco job by a different contractor. My stucco around the garage had cracks and blotches from where the other contractor did sloppy work. He took the time to repair any cracks that developed, evened out the mounds of concrete from other contractor and re-stuccoed the whole wall and inside walls to look brand new. Would highly recommend him. His workers are professional, pleasant, helpful and really take care to make sure the job is done right."

"My wife and I are relatively new homeowners. We met with Chris and a few other contractors for a total step/driveway renovation and to widen our driveway. We knew we wanted a change but didn’t really have an idea for what would work for our home. We decided on Gold Coast based on our research and meetings with Chris (who had a tremendous vision for our home, shown to us in digital renderings, at a fair price). We couldn’t be happier with how our home looks now (see before and after pictures attached - identifying info redacted). It’s beyond anything we envisioned for our home. Chris (who as at our home every day of the project) is backed by an amazing team - Alicia with scheduling, Mike the GM, and Patricio our site manager. Tremendous work. I wanted to write this review as a thank you to them for a job well done. It was worth every penny! Recommend wholeheartedly."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Stamford, CT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
