(Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. "I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. Company owner Raul, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided valuable feedback throughout the project.
