"Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends."

"While investigating some rotting window casements, I found ant like insects under some aluminum flashing. <br /> I don't know much about insects, but feared the worst. "When I had my house waterproofed this month, one of the workers discovered wasps were going through the bottom opening of my casement windows in the bedrooms, etc. After opening the windows and checking the tracks under the windows, we could see where wasps had been making nests and depositing their eggs inside the tracks (disgusting). <br /> My girlfriend Kay has used Lady Bug Exterminators for many years now and she suggested that, since the owner Pat was coming to her house this afternoon, I should call and see if Pat could come over to check out my wasp problem. I called Pat and she said she had some time available since she was still at my friend's house and would be at my house in about five minutes (fabulous). She checked over the house, made suggestions as to how to solve my problem, and said since she had some extra time right then, she would do the job immediately. I was thrilled!! She took special care to not mess up any of my windows (I just had the window washer come yesterday) by using her hand-held sprayer on all the inside window frames and methodically went about her job spraying all around the outside of the house and also the inside of my basement. <br /> I am just so happy my friend mentioned Lady Bug Exterminators to me. "Excellent job. Very professional. Very punctual. Cost was very reasonable. Tech sprayed second floor nest (which was inside the roof structure) from ground with powerful sprayer. Indicated that wasps would be eradicated within 2 days - and they were. Had one follow-up when 1 lone wasp was seen / the company juggled their schedule to make a tech available the day I called to puff-spray from the inside - and that took care of the problem. Excellent follow-through. Great job and will definitely use them again."

"While someone did come over when scheduled and set traps, and squirrels were caught, it took days after calling to have them removed for someone to get rid of the animals. Traps were set again just in case, and no more squirrels for a few days, and no evidence of them. However, the siding removed and hole made to set traps sat there for a few more weeks - took a couple more calls to get them to finally complete the job, and then only after reminding them who we were and what we needed. For what was done we were charged $498. That seems a little high for the service that kept us waiting so long with exposed wood and traps."
