"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."

"Gave Scott a call to schedule an appointment; came out the same day. Gave me some options on the leaky faucet, one of which...it needs to be replaced. Jim and Steve were courteous and quickly completed the jobs. Jim came back in from talking to Scott and told me $0 for today. Very unexpected, and hesitate to put this piece out there at the risk that Scott will no charge everyone. Of course, when I get the new faucets, I will definitely use them to install. An overall great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend."

"Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . "I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"Matt and I discussed the potential work over the phone, and he was able to give me an accurate estimate of cost, so I gave him the go-ahead to do the work.  He arrived on time with an assistant and got started right away.  In all, the work to strip and finish the tub took about 4 hours, as Matt told me to expect.  I believe drying time was 24 hours.
The results are terrific.  The tub looks good as new - shiny and bright  As an added bonus, the bottom of the tub is textured, meaning I no longer have to mess with a plastic bathmat. 
The tub is original to the home and, over time, the stopper in the drain disappeared.  I bought the home several years ago and have had to use a rubber stopper in order to fill the tub.  You know the know kind...a white rubber stopper complete with a chain.  Matt turned me onto a company who sell a cool fix for that problem.  I ordered a new drain, in the finish of my choice, that glued right on top of the existing drain (with a built in adhesive) including an integrated pop-up stopper and a strainer.  I bought a 2 piece set that included an overflow to match the drain and the total cost was around $50.  Thanks for that tip Matt!
