"When I knew I had a problem with the sink I looked online for a drain cleaning and or rooter service and I haven't had much luck with franchised businesses so I wanted a local business so I came across cape fear rooter. I called and spoke to a very nice lady about my problem and also asked if they could replace spikets as well. David, the man with cape fear rooter came out almost immediately. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the clogg and didn't stop until the clogg was cleared. He even washed a couple dirty dishes for me I had left in the sink. After he finished the sink he then went outside and replaced the spiket with a new one. He cleaned up all of his work area and showed me what he had done to fix my problems.
